Mr. Nugent practices in the areas of product, premises, auto and construction liability. He is an experienced trial lawyer having tried numerous cases to verdict.

Richard is one of six children and was raised on the southside of Chicago in the Morgan Park neighborhood. He attended grammar school and high school in Chicago and then attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. He then returned to Chicago and attended law school at Loyola University. Richard and his wife Denise have three adult children.

Mr. Nugent has been honored with the Distinguished Service Award and the President’s Award by the Illinois Association of Defense Counsel. He has lectured and moderated at numerous professional seminars.
