Kelsey Eldred
Ms. Kelsey Eldred received her bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio and her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. She is a passionate and dedicated personal injury defense attorney who brings a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and tenacity to her practice. Sworn in as an attorney in November of 2024, she wasted no time in making a mark in the legal arena.
During her time at the UIC School of Law, Ms. Eldred distinguished herself through her work at the UIC Veterans Legal Clinic, where she developed a passion for client advocacy and complex case management. Her dedication to public service continued through her clerkship with the Illinois Department of Insurance, where she gained valuable insight into administrative procedures and regulatory compliance.
Beyond her legal prowess, Ms. Eldred leads a fulfilling life outside the courtroom. She recently got engaged in Italy to her fiancé, Joe. When she’s not advocating for her clients, you can find her taking her two dogs, Guinness and Killarney, on long walks along the lake or catching a Cubs game during the baseball season.

Jeff Storm
Jeff Storm earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from DePaul University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, ranking in the top 10% of his class. Admitted to the Illinois State Bar in November 2024, he has quickly established himself as a skilled and dedicated insurance defense attorney.
During his time at UIC School of Law, Jeff demonstrated strong analytical abilities, an unwavering work ethic, and excellent communication skills. He excelled in courses such as Civil Procedure, Real Estate, and Trial Advocacy & Alternative Dispute Resolution, and distinguished himself as a national finalist in the American Bar Association’s Negotiation Competition.
While in law school, Jeff channeled his passion for community development by serving as a legal intern at Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights There, he assisted with small business and nonprofit formation, conducted in-depth analyses of Affirmative Action programs and lobbying regulations, and advocated on behalf of the incarcerated. His experience at the UIC Pro Bono Litigation Clinic further honed his litigation skills, particularly in breach of contract and landlord-tenant disputes. Jeff’s journey—from his rigorous academic achievements to his hands-on legal experience—demonstrates a steadfast commitment to excellence and a passion for advocacy. A member of the Chicago Bar Association, he combines analytical rigor with practical insights to navigate complex legal challenges and deliver effective results for his clients.
